The Medium template shows your headshot. Don’t want a photo? Choose Basic for a cleaner, text-only look.
We trim empty space around your logo and size it for email automatically. Wide (rectangular) logos look best. A PNG with a transparent background is ideal, but a screenshot of your website’s logo works too.
Gmail won’t accept uploaded images in a signature. Paste links to images hosted on your website instead; they replace the uploads.
Don’t have an NMLS number, like many processors? Leave it blank, or turn off “NMLS & licensing” at the top.
